Fabulous location, great apartment for 2 families

Fabulous location, just near the Inerre Stadt. Everything within a walking distance. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 6 children, and it was perfect. The entrance to the apartments looks a bit unappealing, but the apartment itself is great!

The only problem was that there is only one bathroom in the apartment, which is not enough for 10 people. There are 2 toilets.

Family 2 day trip to Vienna

Great location, Spar shop next to the entrance to the building

Had no hot water for 1 day, a bit strange that the owner didn't check is everything working before we arrived, it was fixed the next morning though. Also only cash accepted, wasnt expecting this thougt I will be able to pay by credit card.

Very Good

Great location next to Museumquartier, easy access to all museums attractions and the old town. Easy communication with the owner. If you need something quite cheap for Vienna with more than the basic amenities and in the hotspot of the city, then this is the place.

Erich is not the most talkative person in the world, but he was there to help us the two times we needed him. His help was immediate and efficient. More efficient cleaning of the place, however, is definitely needed.

Great location and family-friendly

Excellent location, most of the top attractions in walking distance. Spacious apartment for 4 people. All necessities are available.

It's not super clean. Their were renovations being done that were noisy when we wanted to rest. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, and there was water dripping in the kitchen.

Our stay in Vienna was beautiful.

The property is spacious with all facilities. It’s well location with public transport easily available.

The biggest drawback is that the toilet and the bath area are separated by 2 rooms. And the toilet WC does not have a bidet either which makes it more inconvenient.

A comfortable space within a pleasant walk of the historic center of Vienna!

Unit 21 was very pretty and well supplied with towels and other traveler necessities. Good sized elevator!

The couch bed had been slightly damaged by a past guest so it didn’t always stay together the way it should, but it was mostly okay. The water heater drips in the kitchen - I thought we were washing our hands extra vigorously and leaving behind water on the counter but then eventually discovered it was not us. There was construction/remodeling noise from a lower apartment every morning at 7 am during our stay, but that seems short term.

Not the cleanest place we have stayed - but it’s spacious!

The property is spacious, well furnished, and is close to public transportation/attractions. The beds are comfortable and the windows have shades.

The kitchen was very dirty. The cabinets and drawers were full of crumbs and debris, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet, the stove top and oven were filthy (inside and out), the coffee pod machine did not work. The upstairs bathroom shower was dirty. My toddler pulled someone else’s article of clothing out of the baby cot (where she was sleeping), which leads me to believe the sheet was not washed on the baby cot. We contacted the property owner through the booking.com messenger to arrange leaving our luggage at the property for several hours after check out. He replied letting us know that we could do it for a 20€ fee. His instructions were unclear, and when we messaged for clarification, he did not respond. We waited as long as we could (over 8 hours) and then called him for clarification. The owner was rude and impatient upon receiving my phone call.

We had an issue with the Water Heater which we need to keep calling the Host to remind him to attend and also the Dishwasher got clogged but we managed to get this done but it took a day. Otherwise all ok.

Family stay

Perfect location, very close to the Museums, Hofburg, Maria Hilferstrasse. Apartment is quite but. Windows are on the busy street but it wasn't very noisy in the end. Nice host available at place.

Some of the kitchen items were not clean. Otherwise no issues.

Beautifully located apartment, practical!

Great location, well equipped (e.g. dishwasher tabs, paper etc.), towels were available for us even though we did not expect it.

Could be cleaner all around, but it is not so bad that it would be a “deal-breaker”

The location is very well located, 5 minutes walk to Museumsplatz, naschmarkt, hofburg, Karl's Platz, and even inner stadt for just a bit longer. Supermarket is just around the corner. Very convinence for family meals.

A bit noisy on the main street at night. Cash payment only at the time we checked in but luckily we had exchanged enough money.

A spacious apartment, conveniently located but a bit too dark and gloomy

The apartment is really spacious and we were welcome by a very friendly lady. The location of the apartment is very convenient, in the very centre of Vienna, so it's easy to reach restaurants, museums and places of interest.

The apartment is unfortunately very dark - almost no daylight, so it is rather recommended for the people who spend all day outside. In the bedroom, it was a bit loud when someone was walking in the staircase and talking. Also, there is a problem with ventilation as we could feel the smoke of cigarettes from another apartment in our bedroom, to the extent we had to move to sleep in the living room.

There is no proper view from the apartment windows. though there is a lot of sunlight, one can see only other apartments or rooftops.
